How long does shipping take?−
Most US orders arrive within 2-4 business days via USPS Priority. Orders placed before 2pm EST ship the same business day after Bitcoin confirmations (typically 30-60 minutes). International orders take 7-14 business days.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept Bitcoin (BTC), USDT (ERC-20), and Ethereum (ETH). BTC is auto-verified through the blockchain — you don't need to send a confirmation email. USDT/ETH are verified manually after you contact support with your TX hash.
When do I receive tracking?+
Tracking is provided as soon as your package is dispatched, usually within 24 hours of payment confirmation. The tracking number is emailed to the address you provided at checkout and also available on the Track Order page.
What if my package is delayed?+
If your package has not moved in 7+ business days, contact support. We offer a reship guarantee for any package lost or seized in transit within the US.

Are your products lab-tested?+
Yes. Every batch is independently HPLC-tested for purity and dosage accuracy. Test reports are available on request.
Is packaging discreet?+
Absolutely. All shipments use plain unmarked packaging with a generic return address. No mention of Titan Core or any product names appears externally.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes, we ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for any local import duties. We offer a reship-once guarantee on US orders only.
